Wheel Alignment Specifications & Procedures: Adjustment: Toe-In

Loosen jam nuts by holding axial ball joint with wrench. Turn tie rod sleeves to adjust toe-in to specifications. One turn of sleeve is equal to 1/8" (3 mm) or 1/2°. Tighten jam nuts and recheck toe-in.
