Plate Clearance

Fig. 9 Air flow sensor plate side clearance:

1. Using 0.004'' feeler gauge check clearance between sensor plate and sensor body at 4 points to ensure that the plate is centered in its bore, Fig. 9.
2. If adjustment is necessary, loosen screw and center the sensor plate.
3. Torque screw to 43.2 inch lbs.
