Removal & Installation - 9-3 Series With Trionic T-5 Engine Management System
Remove upper engine cover and turbo air delivery pipe. Plug turbo delivery hose. Unplug and loosen sensor cable clips and ties. Remove sensor heat shield. Unbolt and remove CKP sensor. See Fig 1. To install, reverse removal procedure. Ensure CKP sensor and "O" ring are clean and that "O" ring is positioned correctly on CKP sensor.
