- Remove the resonating chamber or the cover over the intake manifold.
- Undo the clips and unhook the throttle cable from the link arm and cable mounting.
- Remove the lower section of the dashboard and unhook the throttle cable from the accelerator.

- Unhook the accelerator pedal's return spring.
- Remove the clips and the bushes.
- Extract the accelerator pedal and remove the return spring.
