Theft Warning Integrated Central Electronics (TWICE) Control Module: Programming: Notes
NOTE:
All car keys must be programmed at the same time.
IMPORTANT:
The transponders and remote controls that are not available during programming will be rendered unusable.
- Connect the diagnostic tool
- Remove the antenna unit for immobilization by turning it clockwise. Do not disconnect the switch. Place the antenna unit on the side of the ignition switch.

NOTE: The antenna unit should not be removed at low temperatures due to the risk of crack formation. - Hold the accompanying transponder over the hole in the antenna unit. Switch the ignition to the ON position. Hold the transponder in the same position for a few seconds.
Once the transponder code has been read by TWICE, the alarm indicator diode will stop its double flashing. If the alarm indicator diode does not stop its double flashing, repeat step 3. Adjust the position of the accompanying transponder.
- Select body system and navigate to TWICE with the diagnostic tool. Do not press ENTER.
- Hold the accompanying transponder above the hole in the antenna unit.
- Press ENTER on the diagnostic tool.
- Select Programming
- Select Spare Part Programming
- Perform spare part programming. Select the alternatives applicable to the car in question.
- Upon completion of spare part programming, select "Programming of transponders and remote controls". Press ENTER. Press NO when asked "Do you wish to exit".
- Hold the accompanying transponder above the hole in the antenna unit. The seat belt warning lamp will blink to show that the transponder code was understood by TWICE. Press OK.
- Turn off the ignition and restart from step 3 if the seat belt warning lamp does not flash.
- Follow the instructions in the diagnostic tool, with the following exceptions:
At the first time with step three in Tech 2, refit the antenna unit and refit the same key.
