Check Input Signal For ECM
Measure the voltage between ECM connector and chassis ground while engine is idling.

Is the measured value less than 0.2 V?
YES. Go to CHECK POWER SUPPLY TO MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR .
NO. Go to CHECK INPUT SIGNAL FOR ECM (USING VEHICLE DIAGNOSTIC INTERFACE) .
