Check Sensor Output

Turn the ignition switch to ON.

Read the data of main throttle sensor signal using Vehicle Diagnostic Interface.

Is the voltage less than 4.63 V? 

YES. Go to  CHECK POOR CONTACT  . 

NO. Go to  CHECK HARNESS BETWEEN ECM & ELECTRONIC THROTTLE CONTROL  .
