Transaxle Oil Cooler Line Assembly: Installation

  1. Install transaxle oil cooler line assembly to transaxle. Install transaxle oil cooler line assembly nut. Tighten transaxle oil cooler line assembly nut to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  2. Use a line wrench to install lower transaxle cooler line to radiator. Lower vehicle. Use a line wrench to install upper transaxle cooler line to radiator. Tighten transaxle cooler line fittings to specifications.
  3. Start engine, warm up transaxle, and check for leaks. Check for proper fluid level. See CHECKING FLUID LEVELS  under LUBRICATION.
