Code Enable Criteria

Engine is running.
EVAP vent solenoid is commanded on (closed).
EVAP purge solenoid is commended off (closed).
Fuel tank level is 15-85 percent full.
BARO is greater than 81 kPa.
ECT and IAT at engine start-up are 41-90°F (5-32°C).
ECT and IAT are within 18°F of each other.
Ignition voltage is 11-18 volts.
No ECT, fuel tank pressure, IAT, MAP or vehicle speed DTCs are set.

DTC sets when fuel tank pressure sensor is indicating to PCM that 6 in. H2O or more is being pulled in EVAP system during EVAP diagnostic system test.
