Electronic Brake And Traction Control Module (Control Module And Valve Assembly) (EBTCM): Removal

Ignition off.
Remove battery cover.
Disconnect negative battery cable.
Lift and disengage TCM and bracket from left strut tower, if equipped.

NOTE: Plug open brake pipes to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.

NOTE: Use care when pulling or bending brake pipes away from ABS control assembly.
Disconnect brake pipe nuts from valve assembly.

Disconnect control module electrical connector.
Loosen ABS control assembly to bracket bolts.

Remove ABS control assembly from vehicle.
