38. Channel Plate Assembly Assemble

CHANNEL PLATE ASSEMBLY ASSEMBLE
1. Assemble new accumulator piston seals on accumulator pistons.





2. Install 1-2 and 2-3 accumulator assist springs.
3. Install accumulator pistons into channel plate over guide pins. The pistons are identical. The pistons can be assembled in any of the three accumulator bores.
4. In order to retain the pistons, apply petroleum jelly onto piston seals.
5. Install manual valve into channel plate.
