- Barometric pressure is greater than 21.3 in. Hg (72 kPa).
- Engine coolant temperature is 167-257°F (75-125°C).
- Intake air temperature is -4 to 176°F (-20 to 80°C).
- Engine is in closed loop fuel control.
- Engine has run for 6-8 minutes off idle.
- Battery voltage is 9-16 volts.
