Installation Procedure

  1. Install the PCM into the housing bracket.
  2. Connect the wiring harness.
  3. Connect the battery negative cable. Refer toBattery Negative Cable Disconnect/Connect Procedure in Engine Electrical.
  4. Program the PCM. Refer toService Programming System (SPS) in Programming.
  5. Perform the Idle Learn procedure. Refer toIdle Learn Procedure .
