Removal Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2004 Saturn L300. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. The vehicle communication interface module (VCIM) is located on the rear trunk packaging shelf on the right side of the vehicle. Disconnect the 2 connectors from the VCIM.

  2. Disconnect the cellular antenna coax cable.
  3. Disconnect the global positioning system (GPS) antenna coax cable.
  4. Pull down on the 2 tabs and slide the VCIM toward the center of vehicle.
