Installation Procedure

- Position the wheel speed sensor bracket into the steering knuckle and install the fastener. Tighten: Tighten the wheel speed sensor bracket-to-steering knuckle to 8 N.m (71 lb in).
- Install the wheel speed sensor into the bracket. Tighten: Tighten the wheel speed sensor bracket-to-steering sensor bracket to 8 N.m (71 lb in).
- Connect the wheel speed sensor electrical connector.
- Install the wheel and the tire assemblies onto the hub. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Tires and Wheels.

NOTE:
Before installing wheels, remove rust or corrosion from wheel mounting surfaces and brake rotors/drums. Failure to do so can cause wheel nuts to loosen in service.
