Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the ELC/TRAILER fuse.
    2. IMPORTANT: When replacing the height sensor a diagnostic system check must be performed.
  2. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.

  3. Disconnect the automatic level control sensor electrical connector (1).
  4. Remove the automatic level control sensor link from the sensor arm ball stud.

  5. Remove the automatic level control sensor bracket bolts (1).
  6. Remove the automatic level control sensor from the vehicle.
