Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the push-in retainers that hold the ABS lead to the engine splash shield.
  2. Use the J 38778  in order to remove the push-in retainers from the engine splash shield. See Special Tools .

  3. Remove the engine splash shield from the lower flange of the engine compartment side rail.
