Using DT 46509 and a hydraulic press, install the transfer case input gear with shaft 22 x 76 x 19 mm front bearing (914) onto the transfer case input gear with shaft (913). See Special Tools . Ensure the bearing is properly seated on the shaft.
Inspect and adjust the transfer case input gear with shaft installed height as necessary. Refer to Transfer Case Input Gear Installed Height Measurement .
