Installation Procedure

  1. Install the object alarm module.
    • Insert the object alarm module.
    • Connect the 2 wiring harness plugs.
  2. Insert the REC.

    Install the object alarm module.

    3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  3. Connect the REC.

    Tighten:  Tighten the nut to 7 N.m (62 lb in).

  4. Connect the wiring harness plug for the rear electronics module (REC).

    Connect the 6 wiring harness plugs.

  5. Close the service flap.
  6. Connect the battery.
  7. For reprogramming procedures, refer to Control Module References .
