| Engine RPM | Less than 4, 000 rpm |
| A/F sensor status | Activated |
| Fuel system status | Closed loop |
| Engine load | 10 to 80% |
| All of the following conditions (a), (b) and (c) are met: | - |
| (a) Mass air flow rate | 2.5 to 40 g/sec. |
| (b) Estimated front catalyst temperature | 500 to 800°C (932 to 1472°F) |
| (c) Estimated rear catalyst temperature | 500 to 800°C (932 to 1472°F) |
| Rear HO2 sensor heater monitor | Completed |
| Shift position | 3rd or more: M/T 4th or more: A/T |
