    2. Check that the connectors are properly connected to the certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) and the front door outside handle assembly RH.

      OK

      Connectors are properly connected.

    NG → CONNECT CONNECTORS PROPERLY

    OK: Go to next step

  2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (FRONT DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE ASSEMBLY RH - CERTIFICATION ECU (SMART KEY ECU ASSEMBLY))
    1. Disconnect the D41 and D48 certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly) connectors.
    2. Disconnect the F5 front door outside handle assembly RH connector.
    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      D41-11 (CLG2) - F5-6 (ANT1) Always Below 1 Ω
      D41-10 (CG2B) - F5-3 (ANT2) Always Below 1 Ω
      D48-11 (GND) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
      D41-11 (CLG2) or F5-6 (ANT1) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      D41-10 (CG2B) or F5-3 (ANT2) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher

NG → REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

    OK: Go to next step
