| Last output duty signal | High |
| Current output duty signal | High |
| Low voltage monitor condition | Met |
All of the following conditions are met:
P0963, P0967:
| Output duty cycle | Less than 70% |
| Last output duty signal | Low |
| Current output duty signal | Low |
| High voltage monitor condition | Met |
