Front Passenger Side Index Function Does Not Operate [05/2014 - ]: Description

The main body ECU (network gateway ECU) detects signals from the front door courtesy light switch. When the ON signal from the front door courtesy light switch is sent to the power window regulator switch assembly via the main body ECU (network gateway ECU) using LIN communication system, the main body ECU (network gateway ECU) will lower the front passenger side door window about 10 mm (0.787 in.) automatically. When the OFF signal from the front door courtesy light switch is detected, the main body ECU (network gateway ECU) will raise the front passenger side door window to the fully-closed position automatically.
