DTC P1142 (Th_RLOW): Throttle Position Sensor Circuit Range/Performance Problem (Low Input)

If DTC P0122  or P0123 exists, diagnose affected DTC. DO NOT  diagnose P1142. If DTC P0102 or P0103 does not exist, replace TP sensor.
