Disarming System: Notes

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2002 Subaru Impreza. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

Push keyless entry transmitter's UNLOCK/DISARM button for less than two seconds. See Figure . The driver's door will unlock, the horn will chirp twice, the parking lights will flash twice, and the indicator light will shut off. Also, the interior light will illuminate for 30 seconds then shut off. (However, if the key is inserted into the ignition switch or a system arming procedure is performed during this period, the interior light will turn OFF.)

To unlock all doors (and rear gate on wagons), briefly press the UNLOCK/DISARM button a second time.
