Judge NG when completing the malfunction criteria below. Judge OK and clear the NG when the starter switch is turned to ON.

1. Time Needed for Diagnosis:  ON side 1 second
2. Malfunction Indicator Light Illumination:  Illuminates when malfunction occurs in 2 continuous driving cycles.
