Steering Wheel: Inspection

  1. Check the steering wheel for deformation. If the deformation is excessive, replace steering wheel.
  2. Check the splines on steering wheel for damage. If the damage is excessive, replace steering wheel.
  3. If the steering wheel spokes are not horizontal when wheels are set in the straight ahead position, or error is more than 5° on the periphery of steering wheel, correctly re-install the steering wheel.
