VDC Hydraulic Control Module (VDCH/M): Inspection: Notes

  1. Check the connected and fixed condition of connector.
  2. Check the valve relay and motor relay for discontinuity or short circuits.
  3. Check the mark used for VDCH/M identification. Refer to "SPECIFICATION " for mark.

Valve relay Turning off electricity. 85 - 86 103+/-10ohm Fig 2
30 - 87a Less than 0.5ohm
30 - 87 More than 1 Mohm
Turning on electricity between 85 and 86. (DC 12 V) 30 - 87a More than 1 Mohm
30 - 87 Less than 0.5 ohm
Motor relay Turning off electricity. 85 - 86 80+/-10ohm Fig 3
30 - 87 More than 1 Mohm
Turning on electricity between 85 and 86. (DC 12 V) 30 - 87 Less than 0.5 ohm
