Measure the switch resistance.

Rear LH	UP	11 and 13, 10 and 5	Less than 1 Ω
	OFF	5 and 11 5 and 10 11 and 10	Less than 1 Ω
	DOWN	13 and 10, 11 and 5	Less than 1 Ω
Rear RH	UP	13 and 16, 15 and 5	Less than 1 Ω

If NG, replace the main switch.
