When any one of the following conditions are established, judge as NG.
Judge as OK and clear the NG when the continuous time of not meeting the criteria below reaches to the predetermined time (1 s) or more.

Malfunction Indicator Light Illumination: Illuminates as soon as a malfunction occurs.
