Circuit description
The output signal from the sender gauge assembly installed on the fuel tank is converted into a signal for CAN communication in the combination meter assembly. This signal is input into the ECM as a signal representing the remaining fuel level.
DTC DETECTION CONDITION
| DTC No. | DTC detection conditions | Suspected parts |
|---|---|---|
| P0461 | Although the vehicle is being driven with sufficient fuel consumption, changes in the fuel level signal are small. (2 trips detection logic) |
|
| P0462 | Fuel sender gauge assembly voltage is less than 0.036 V for 2.5 seconds or longer. (2 trips detection logic) |
|
| P0463 | Fuel sender gauge assembly voltage is 11.383 V or more for 1 second or longer. (2 trips detection logic) |
