DTC B1762 Occupant Detection Module Calibration Not Initialized: DTC Detecting Condition

«Rezero» of the occupant detection system is not completed normally.
Occupant detection control module is faulty.

DIAGNOSTICS PROCEDURE

Step	Check	Yes	No
1 CHECK DTC. Read the DTC of the occupant detection system. <Ref. to READ DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) .>	Is DTC other than DTC B1762 displayed?	Perform the diagnosis according to DTC. <Ref. to LIST OF DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) .>	Go to step 2.
2 PERFORM RE-ZEROING. Perform «Rezero». <Ref. to REZERO .>	Did «Rezero» complete properly?	Go to step 3.	Replace the occupant detection system (seat cushion & frame assembly). <Ref. to PASSENGER'S SEAT , DISASSEMBLY, Front Seat.>
3 CHECK DTC. Perform the Clear Memory Mode. <Ref. to CLEAR MEMORY MODE .> Turn the ignition switch to OFF, and wait for 60 seconds or more. Read the DTC of the occupant detection system. <Ref. to READ DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) .>	Is DTC B1762 displayed?	Replace the occupant detection system (seat cushion & frame assembly). <Ref. to PASSENGER'S SEAT , DISASSEMBLY, Front Seat.>	When DTC other than B1762 is displayed, perform the diagnosis according to the DTC. <Ref. to LIST OF DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) .> When DTC is not displayed, end the diagnosis.
