DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE

Step	Check	Yes	No
1 CHECK DTC. Perform the Clear Memory Mode using the Subaru Select Monitor. < Ref. to CLEAR MEMORY MODE . > Read the DTC.	Is DTC P0601 displayed?	Replace the TCM. < Ref. to TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE (TCM) . > < Ref. to TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE (TCM) . >	Current condition is normal. Check for interference from noise, etc.
