Battery voltage ≥ 10.9 V
Change from driving condition a) to b) = 3 times
  1. Engine speed 600 - 900 rpm & Vehicle speed = 0 km/h (0 MPH)
  2. Engine speed 1450 - 2250 rpm & Vehicle speed ≥ 64 km/h (39.8 MPH)
