If the duration of time while the following conditions are met is longer than the time indicated, judge as NG.

Time needed for diagnosis:
- Mechanical malfunction warning: 0 sec. or more
- Electrical malfunction warning: 0 sec. or more (with two-second delay within the generator)
Malfunction indicator light illumination: Does not illuminate even when malfunction occurs. (Charge warning light illuminates.)
