Belt Assembly Rear Out Ctr (Outback Model)

  1. Install the belt assembly rear OUT CTR.

    Tightening torque:  30 N.m (3.1 kgf-m, 22.1 ft-lb)

  2. Install the trim panel sub assembly. Refer to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>Roof Trim>INSTALLATION .
  3. Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Refer to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
  4. After installation, check the following points.
    • The seat belt is not twisted.
    • The seat belt can be pulled out and retracted smoothly.
    NOTE: While performing the winding inspection, place your hand on the tongue plate.
