Diagnostic Method

Judge as NG when one of the following conditions is established.

THRESHOLD VALUE SPECIFICATION - JUDGMENT 1

Malfunction Criteria	Threshold Value
\| (A/D voltage for control - previous A/D voltage for control)\| \| (A/D voltage for observation - previous A/D voltage for observation)\|	0.2 V or less 0.2 V or less

Time needed for diagnosis: 200 ms

Malfunction indicator light illumination: Illuminates as soon as a malfunction occurs.
