Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor: Removal

Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY
Drain engine coolant. Ref. to COOLING (H4DOTC)>ENGINE COOLANT>REPLACEMENT>DRAINING OF ENGINE COOLANT
Remove the intercooler. Ref. to INTAKE (INDUCTION) (H4DOTC)>INTERCOOLER>REMOVAL
Disconnect the connector (A) and connector (B), and remove the clip (C), clip (D) and clip (E). (CVT model)

Disconnect the connector (A) from the knock sensor, and disconnect the connector (B) from the engine coolant temperature sensor.
