Procedure A

  1. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
  2. Operate the driver's side, passenger's side, rear right or rear left power window switch and hold the manual down operation, or hold the automatic down operation to fully open the relevant window. Continuously from that point, hold the switch for longer than one second.
    NOTE:
    • Wherever the glass is at any position, operate the switch in "DOWN" direction. 
    • For initialization for other than driver's seat, this can be done with the driver's side power window switch, or power window switch of each seat. 
  3. Operate the driver's side, passenger's side, rear right or rear left power window switch and hold the automatic up operation to fully close the relevant window. Continuously from that point, hold the switch for longer than one second.
    NOTE:
    • At this time, do not move the vehicle. 
    • For initialization for other than driver's seat, this can be done with the driver's side power window switch, or power window switch of each seat. 
  4. Perform the automatic down operation with the driver's side, passenger's side, rear right or rear left power window switch to check whether the window fully opens properly. Also, perform the automatic up operation to check whether the window fully closes properly.
    NOTE:
    • If the window does not fully open/close properly, repeat steps 1 to 4. 
    • For initialization for other than driver's seat, this can be done with the driver's side power window switch, or power window switch of each seat.
