Installation Procedure

Position the mirror to the door.
CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
Install the outside rearview mirror nuts.
Tightening torque

Tighten the nuts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
Connect the electrical connector to the mirror, if equipped.
Inspect the operation of the mirror.
Install the front door upper trim panel extension. Refer to FRONT SIDE DOOR TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT .
