Removal & Installation

Disconnect negative battery cable. Unplug TPS wiring harness. Remove TPS from throttle body. To install TPS, reverse removal procedure. After adjusting TPS, tighten mounting screws to 31 INCH lbs. (3.5 N.m). To adjust throttle position sensor, see ADJUSTMENTS article in this section.
