Throttle Switch (Swift SOHC With M/T)

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Disconnect throttle switch connector. See Figure . Using an ohmmeter, check continuity between indicated terminals. See THROTTLE SWITCH CONTINUITY table.
  2. If resistance is not as specified, adjust throttle switch. See ADJUSTMENTS article. If resistance is not as specified after adjustment, replace throttle switch.
