Removal & Installation (Sidekick MPI & Swift DOHC)

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Unplug TPS harness connector. Remove TPS from throttle body.
  2. To install TPS, reverse removal procedure. Adjust TPS. See ADJUSTMENTS article. Tighten TPS mounting screws to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  table.
