Clutch Pedal Position (CPP) Switch (M/T)

  1. Disconnect electrical connector at CPP switch, located near top of clutch pedal. SeeFigure . Remove CPP switch from mounting bracket.
  2. Using ohmmeter, check continuity between electrical terminals on CPP switch. Continuity should exist with plunger on CPP switch fully outward and no continuity should exist with plunger fully depressed. Replace CPP switch if defective.
  3. Reinstall CPP switch. Adjust CPP switch. See CLUTCH PEDAL POSITION (CPP) SWITCH (M/T)  under ADJUSTMENTS.
