Disabling System
- Turn steering wheel straight ahead position. Turn ignition to Lock position and remove key. On 1995 models, remove AIR BAG-IG fuse. On 1996 models, remove AIR BAG fuse.
- Remove left side access cover on steering wheel. Locate and disconnect Yellow connector through the steering wheel access hole. See Fig 1
.
- Pull out glove box. Push on glove box door stoppers on left and right side and lower glove box. Disconnect Yellow passenger side air bag module connector located behind glove box. See Fig 1
