Ensure ignition is off. Disconnect electrical connector at CC ECU. Using voltmeter and ohmmeter, make indicated circuit checks on harness side of disconnected CC ECU harness connector. See Figure and Figure .DO NOT make any circuit checks directly on terminals of CC ECU, as CC ECU may be damaged. If all circuit checks are performed and all circuits are okay but system still does not function, substitute CC ECU and recheck system operation.
