P0171, P0174:  Long + short term ≥ 43% and (short term ≥ 20% or long term ≥ 15%)
P0172, P0175:  Long + short term < -30% and (short term < -11% or long term < -11%)
P2096, P2098:  Secondary O2S voltage average < 0.35 V
P2097, P2099:  Secondary O2S voltage average > 0.9 V
