CONDITION:
The windshield wipers work on only one speed or controls on turn signal/ multifunction lever are inoperative.
CAUSE:
The wiper motor may be inducing a voltage spike that causes an internal failure in the Body Control Module (BCM).
CORRECTION:
If the windshield wipers work on only one speed or controls on turn signal/multifunction lever are inoperative replace the windshield wiper motor and the BCM as a set. Refer to the service manual for BCM replacement BCM setup and windshield wiper motor replacement procedure.
