Monitor Strategy Description

The purpose is to diagnose the voltage value VP_VIM from the VIM feedback position sensor and to detect an electrical failure. 2 symptoms are distinguished:
- SCP (Short Cut to Plus)
- SCG (Short Cut to Ground) or OC (Open Circuit)
Only one symptom can be active at the same time.
