Ignition ON
Flag to show the initialization is done.
This diagnostic is inhibited if any of the following DTC's are present:
- A FTL error is detected
- MWSS error is detected
- Power supply error is set
- Battery voltage < 9.953 V Part load
- Trailing throttle with fuel cut off
- Trailing throttle
